[Panel-devel] Plasma::Theme and default theme

The current state of thing is that if you put an non-existant theme in 
plasmarc, for example:

[Theme]
name=nothing

Plasma crashes. What do you think about adding a fallback in the 
Theme::image() that first checks for
  "desktoptheme/" + d->themeName + '/' + name + ".svg";
and if there's no file that matches checks for
  "desktoptheme/default/' + name + ".svg";
