I won't try to change the time/date you proposed, since I am really busy at 
uni, but what I would like to see (as usual on plasma meetings) is to have 
some kind of sum up which I can read to know what decisions were taken on the 
meeting and so on.

Even if you could log the meeting it would be really nice, since I don't even 
know if I will be able to have my computer switched on to save it, or read it 
later.
