yes, also a corona. to you (the plasmoid developer) it won't look any 
different from the dekstop layer.

we don't have the panels, dashboard or floating layers yet simply because:

a) there is more framework to finish out, so i'm concentrating on that
b) nobody else has beat me to it yet ;)
