Well, For the weather engine let's figure out something:

1) When the (a) weather plasmoid loads, the user will specify a place/location and choose a datasource (ion).  So in this case, I need to store which ions should get dynamically loaded. Depending on how the plasmoid will work it should be able to load each place as a separate applet or in one applet.

So, I think that's all I need really at the moment. I'm sure that's likely to change though.
