This is true, but in the current KDE 3.5 we have 
  Windows -> Cascade Windows and 
  Windows -> Unclutter Windows

The second thing I would like to mention is that on the usability side it 
would be better to have all options (three) in the menu - radio item menus... 
than to have the items disappearing.
