[Panel-devel] KRunner bug fixing needed

ok, so the window thinks the geometry and rect are ok. it thinks it is 
visible. it thinks it is on the current desktop. it displays the misbehaviour 
under both blackbox and kwin. making it a qdialog changes nothing. calling 
update() inside of display changes nothing. blarg.

p.s. i have xephyr back again so this is making things a wee bit easier =)
