[Panel-devel] moving back the plasma meeting by 1 hour

hi all...

sorry for the late notice, but i completely forgot i had an appointment 
tomorrow at the same time as the plasma meeting. so if possible, i'd like to 
push it back by an hour to 18:00GMT. sorry, i can't change my previous 
engagement and i really do want to be at this meeting ;)
