[Panel-devel] Extragear policy

[Alex Merry]

What's the policy for moving playground applets/dataengines into
extragear?

I think the nowplaying engine (although not the applet) is ready for
extragear, but do I have the prerogative to move it as the author, or do
I need to get permission here?
