[Panel-devel] [PATCH] readable text on all backgrounds

Hi all,
in order to make icon text readable on all backgrounds it was decided with 
aaron to make some sort of background behind the text until we will have a 
fast blurring function to have an halo behind the text like kde3 had.
here it is my proposal: this micro patch make white text for the icons and 
this svg that would replace the one in
workspace/plasma/desktoptheme/widgets
has a semitransparent black background, i think the result it's not too bad 
looking (and as i said it will be only a provisional thing until probably 4.1 
or so).
what do you think about it?
