[Panel-devel] should the toolbox go away?

The latest version of my patch can be found in [PATCH] Smaller toolbox
with icons actually. It's got a few other functionality related hacks
in it. Sorry for the multiple threads, next time I'll try to keep the
patch in one location.

The patch may be broken though, I tried recompiling and it appears
Plasma::Icon.setIconSize() no longer exists, any idea why?
