[Panel-devel] [PATCH] drag and drop on desktop icons

Hi all,
this patch adds the drag and drop over the desktop icons, basically if you 
drop something on an executble it starts the executable with the dragged urls 
as parameters (still not supportsexecutable desktop files)
and if you drop files on a folder it opens the usual move/copy menu
this patch is still a draft and it still sucks in many ways:

-it uses the dropEvent method copied and pasted from DolphinController (baaad, 
is there a way to reuse it in a better way?)
-keyboard shortcuts ctrl and shift doesn't seem to work
-like the trashcan it drops always only one item (bug #152401)
at the moment i don't know how to fix them but i'll continue to experiment on 
it, if there are some ideas they are welcome :)
