[Panel-devel] [PATCH] Smaller toolbox with icons

This patch replaces the buttons that appear when you hover over the toolbox
with nice pretty oxygen icons :D.

I'm not a fan of the floating buttons and I think the floating icons look
more appealing to the eye. If someone wants to try this patch out let me
know what you think.
