i'm gonna to commit these following changes to the two kickoff applets, it 
manages the icon size as changed in the desktop icon applet.
it's necassary because as it was written it would totally break up when 
calculateSize() will be obliterated from plasma::icon, and as a bonus i think 
now it could even work in panels less tall than 48 pixels :D
if there are some problems with that please let me know :)
