[Panel-devel] [PATCH] Extend setSvg to display a specific elementID

Hi Aaron, 

After looking at the code, I found that if we try to render ALL the elements 
inside the Svg it renders the whole SVG document. After adding a specific 
element to paint, it now shows the svg properly but within the size of the 
icon itself right now (which is ok until we can do resizing as with that 
other patch)

OK to to commit this?
