[Panel-devel] kwallet support for twitter

this code *almost* compiles. the only problem is that it can't find the 
KWallet include (error: KWallet: No such file or directory), and I don't know 
how to fix that (bet it's a cmake thing), and it's past my bedtime, so I'm 
going to post this patch here even though I haven't been able to run it yet
