hm. i should probably explain a bit more why i want this ... this provides 
several possibilities, among them:

- easier bindings (don't have to mess with QApplication, just Theme)
- have a font specifically for plasma themed items rather than all dialogs and 
what not that live in the plasma app. it might be a bit of a blunt instrument 
to set QApplication font directly since that would affect things like the 
wallpaper dialog making it look different in just that one way from every 
other window.
