The attached patch introduces a "Timezone" property to the time engine.
It's pretty useless if you've specified the timezone you want, but if
the timezone is "Local", then it gives you the name of the system
timezone.
The digital clock is patched to show the real local timezone when the
local timezone is selected and "Show timezone" is selected.
This suffers from the deficiency mentioned in the
KSystemTimeZones::local() apidox, namely that it can't distinguish
between identical timezones on all systems. For example, I'm in the
Europe/London timezone, but it displays Europe/Guernsey for me.
It also introduces another string. The other keys in the time engine
are translated and I followed suit with this one.
