[Panel-devel] [PATCH] Make time updateSource logic match sourceRequested logic

The logic for getting the time in another timezone in the time engine is 
different for updateSource() and sourceRequested().  I believe Bug 
154102 is caused by a combination of the user's broken set up and the 
method of calculating the time in another zone in updateSource().

Can I commit this patch, which just uses updateSource() (changed to use 
the logic that was in sourceRequested()) in sourceRequested()?  This 
should make debugging easier.
