[Panel-devel] bko and playground

Hey,

There are several bugs open for applets that live in playground. While it 
might be that bugs.kde.org shouldn't be used for these at all, the bugs are 
probably welcome to those working on something in playground that is nearing 
readiness.

So to keep those bugs around but filterable by those that aren't interested, 
could a "playground" component created for plasma please?
