Still invalid. KDE 4.0 is not meant to replace 3.5 and hence never aimed at providing the full functionality of 3.5's panel.

If you want to help, get the difference between 4.0 and what KDE 4 will become. 4.0 is not meant for and never was meant for "normal" users and certainly not to replace 3.5.x.

Mediate that and you are of help. These kind of bug-reports are of no help at all.
