since KIcon IsA QIcon, you can still pass in and, indeed, use KIcon objects. 
this is just like how we use QAction in our APIs even though internally we 
often use KAction (which IsA QAction).

there was one too many s,QIcon,KIcon,g in my last commit, which i've fixed.
