[Panel-devel] Kicker on the Right of the Screen.

I have kicker on the right of the screen from 10 years (with all KDE
versions). I have never changed that configuration and I like it in my
4:3 monitors (I have more vertical space to see text and programs). I
hope the new KDE 4 support that configuration better. Now, the only
change I think I need is that the arrow of the submenus of K menu must
point to the left.
