[Panel-devel] "Add Applet to panel" dialog ported to Qt4

Hi,

Now that I reread the patch I have noticed that I forgot to delete
appletwidget.ui file, since it is no more needed, because I do use the
delegate to show each item.

Please tell me what you think.

I have to think about the point where the "flying" starts too... before
starting any other patches that is what I have in mind.
