[Panel-devel] porting panelbutton to menuext

yes, I like this idea of unification. And to applets, we can provide some 
properties of how applets would be embedded, so that button,normal 
applets,menus can have different feel. I agree that there is no need of 
different kpanelmenu, panelbutton etc.
