[Panel-devel] XML index in superkaramba skz files

Hi,

I added xml index file to superkaramba skz themes. 

File format: 

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE superkaramba_theme>
<superkaramba_theme>
  <theme_file>net.theme</theme_file>
  <python_module>net</python_module>
  <name>Network Monitor</name>
  <description>Network Monitor with In/Out Graphs</long_description>
  <author>Petri Damstén</author>
  <author_email>damu at iki.fi</author_email>
  <homepage></homepage>
</superkaramba_theme>

I didn't find apple dashboard index file format very usefull...
http://developer.apple.com/macosx/dashboard.html
..but it might be good to use that if we are going to support those. 

Anyway we should decided what file format to use before the next release.
