all core applets will be written in C++ just as they are today. the clock 
itself will, as a sort of odd hybrid ;) run KJSEmbed scripts to create the 
clock faces. but the taskbar, the core buttons, etc.. will all remain in C++.

KJSEmbed bindings will be built in, the other language bindings will be loaded 
on demand as plugins. these will be used only for add ons, not core applets. 
this is to:

	o lower the bar for participation thereby growing the number of available 
extensions
	o make packaging and distribution dead simple (one applet, one package, any 
system)
