[Panel-devel] installing headers

just as a heads-up.....

i've made libkickermain install kpanelapplet.h and kpanelextension.h into 
$PREFIX/include/plasma as a short term solution to get applets building 
again.

if you see that and wonder if that's my long term intentions, it's not =) 
libkickermain will be transitioning (more on that in a later email; not today 
though), but i've taken this first small step to get ksysguard and friends 
building.
