For the first time, when I had started coding for Qt/KDE, I used to
confuse, what should I write for toolbar? it is toolBar or toolbar?

fortunately/unfortunately I am not the only one, who is in this
dilemma. I have seen in KDE API that both are used......
Menubar and MenuBar,
Taskbar and TaskBar,
Toolbar and ToolBar... and so on.

In my opinion, there is no meaning to be extremely purist and putting
capital B.
Whatever devs prefers, Change the whole kdelibs/base for KDE4 in one
consistent form.
