[Panel-devel] Question about task

Hello,

I am taking the task " Get rid of the taskbar extension and do like we
do with the menu bar: create a child panel subclass" . I saw the
menubarextension class. It ensures that if applet is loaded, it
doesn't make external menubar, else it creates.
Is that the behaviour wanted for taskbar too? Currently ,for taskbar,
both(applet+panel) are simultaneously possible.
