calling all superkaramba hackers!

at what point will you guys and gals be ready to start talking about moving 
superkaramba C++ classes into kicker/libplasma? we need to discuss just what 
exactly this will look like during the initial import and then from the point 
forward. we can then start that process and adjust the plasma roadmap as 
necessary.

the actual class structure ought to be discussed as well, probably.

bindings are out of scope at this point.
