[Owncloud] Unsuccessful, successful install

I have been trying to install OwnCLoud and have slowly made progress.

My latest road block is where it says it is successful with errors
messages too:

On the last page where it says:

"successfully installed"

I look on the server, and the new folder has been created with a variety
of files in it.

I also get on the same page:

Warning: rename(tmp-owncloud1390240546/owncloud,./owncloud): Directory
not empty in /var/www/clients/client2/web5/web/setup-owncloud.php on
line 108

Warning: rmdir(tmp-owncloud1390240546): Directory not empty in
/var/www/clients/client2/web5/web/setup-owncloud.php on line 110

Can someone explain what is going wrong on these two lines?

I also tried pointing my browser to the new folder, and I get a blank
white screen and it stops there.

We have checked persmisisons, but the folder where we try to install it,
we have the permissions set correctly.

We were suggested:

"Those two lines are telling you that there is an ownership /
permissions issue with your directory used for temp files."

But, where is the directory for the temp folder?

Thanks!

Joseph
