[Owncloud] GSoC application

Thanks for the replies!

I have posted my idea on #owncloud-dev yesterday (in short is user
registration feature), and DeepDiver suggested that I should implement it
as an app, he also gave me this link

I haven't got time to deeply look into it, I'll post follow-ups on IRC
after I do that.

Actually I have already contributed a few pull requests, so I guess I can
say that I'm already familiar with the project :-)

Hope to collaborate with you guys in GSoC!
