[Owncloud] ownCloud Client v. 1.5.1 Release Candidate

Hi,
we're happy to announce the first release candidate of ownCloud Client
version 1.5.1.
The most outstanding new feature is a automatic updater for the windows
platform. It updates the windows client automatically if a new version
is found on the server. This will also come for the Mac platform on the
next version, but not for Linux where we continue to rely on the
distribution packages.
Also a lot of other fixes and smaller features went into this release,
please refer to the draft status changelog below.
Please help testing and post any bugs you might find to the github bug
tracker. Please prepend the bugs subject with [1.5.1 rc1]. Needless to
say that this is not yet released software which should not be used on
production data.

* Fix the upload progress if the local source is still
changing when the upload begins.
* Add proxy support to owncloud commandline client
* NSIS fixes
* A lot of other fixes and minor improvements
