[Owncloud] Subscribe to webcal link

Dear all,

is it in owncloud possible to add a subscription to an external calender?
I have the following link:
webcal://ifeiertage.de/by-zs.ics

I would like to add that link as an own calender. In this way I do not
need to add it on every device.
