Hi,

same here. Can't see any agreements in there.
Only some suggestion what a user who is not
willing to sign up on github can do.

Personally i think letting another user post
a bugreport for my self is the worst thing
what someone can do. Also having two
places for reporting bugs is also not very
useful when tracking bugs.

So making the forums read only is
the best way in my opinion.
