[Owncloud] IMAP User-Backend

Hi,

sorry never used that backend so i can't help
here that much. The user backend
OC_USER_IMAP is defined in this file:

https://github.com/owncloud/apps/blob/v5.0.11/user_external/lib/imap.php

of the user_external app so normally
it should be found.
