[Owncloud] Feature freeze now in effect? Would have liked to submit lang review

Hi Dave,

feature freeze has been extended for two more weeks.

You support on language review is very welcome - thx a lot!

I'd suggest you submit your changes in little chunks as the pull request will be 
easier to review and as a result will be merged faster.

Maybe we do this on an app and subfolder basis like the resources are pushed to transifex:
- files
- files_external
- core
- lib
- settings

Can I ask you to submit one small pull request actually pretty fast so that we can get a 
common understanding how to do it?

Contributions to core require a signed contributors agreement from each contributor.
You can find it there http://owncloud.org/about/contributor-agreement/

As an alternative you can license your contribution under MIT license.
