[Owncloud] use external storage with owncloud and other programs

Hi,

yes I used the reply function of my mail program. But after cleaning the
text and topic field, there is only the reciepient owncloud at kde.org
left. I didn't know that there is still a difference to creating a new
mail. Why exactly is this different?
