[Owncloud] app review process

Hi Frank,

I'm interested in reviewing apps, and in getting a better understanding 
of the workings of the app framework. I'm still rather new to ownCloud, 
but I've read through all the documentation and been playing around with 
my own installation and clients. Let me know if you have any guidance on 
where you suggest I start.
