[Owncloud] Request to work on English and French languages for ownCloud

Translations are handled on transifex.com - translations are synced every day to git master branch which will be released as oc6. After release we consider translations as frozen.

En_uk has recently been added and will be shipped with oc6. 

The default English strings are within the source code - review here us very much welcome. 

Feel free to submit changes via github pull requests.

Hi,

I would like to work on ownCloud's language strings on your Transifex 
platform.

As a native English speaker, I'd like to polish the default English 
strings.

I'd also like to work on a GB English language to be included in the 
ownCloud distribution.

As a long-time French speaker, I'd like to complete and review the 
French language pack for ownCloud.

Would this be OK?
