[Owncloud] ownCloud Debian package

Hello,

I'm looking for something that creates this Debian package of ownCloud:
sudo apt-get install apt-show-versions? Is there any build script
somewhere? Or even some CI server?
I'm interested in both stable and latest Debian packages, can someone
please clarify how ownCloud project gets them?
