[Owncloud] ownCloud Client 1.3.0 beta 1

I would like to 'vote' to have a beta 2 when the time comes.

If we can get the features you listed to work well, I'm going to be a happy
camper. These are the big issues I have now, for my personal self, I would
consider this project perfect if we could get these issues fixed.
