[Owncloud] Found a bug in the windows client

  Hi you all,

  This is my first mail to the list and it seems it'll be quite off-topic but I 
tried to ask in the IRC channel and I got no answer.

  Where should I report bugs found in the clients?

  Now, the bug I've found...

  Open the configuration dialog (sorry I'm using the client in Spanish so I 
don't know if "configuration" is the right translation... maybe preferences?). 
The one where you set up an URL. Once it is opened, open it again and the 
values are removed. I think that's a bug (a small one).

  If, after that (I'm not completely sure about this) I fill those values with 
a different server and then, after accepting them, I restore the former values 
the client behaves a bit strangely... it doesn't syncronize anymore.
