Maybe you can use event mailing list (events at owncloud.org).
Personally, I made a presentation for version 5

Actually it's pictures, so it's up to you to explain everything.
Unfortunately, I made it online and after I saved it, I formated my PC, 
so all cache is gone.
So you can use gedit to change the my name (somehow).
