[Owncloud] ownCloud 5.0.6 and 4.5.11 and 4.0.15

Despite deactivating my theme, on visiting the site, all I can get is 
the message,

'Updating ownCloud to version 5.0.6, this may take a while.'

This doesn't change at all.

The ownCloud instance in question was installed from the .deb packages.
