[Owncloud] ownCloud 5.0.6 and 4.5.11 and 4.0.15

Interesting.

So you use a theme that overwrites the ownCloud js files or themplates?
This can't work of course if the ownCloud update code is removed.

We have to improve the update code to remove the theme during update or only allow upgrading if no theme is configured.
