[Owncloud] Is Sync client 1.2.5 checks max upload file size?

I was syncing 100Gb file with Client, it is newer claimed that max upload
file size is exceeded.
Can I configure Client to exclude the large files?

I am testing Client on windows 7 and  ubuntu 12.04
Test Servers:  OC 5.0.5 and OC5.0.6 RC1
