[Owncloud] owncloud download level of entry: tar.bz -> zip

First off, I don’t get why there is such a long and unhelpful discussion
here.

Pascal, we have downloads in zip. The problem here seems to be that the
page http://owncloud.org/install is broken again (Wordpress problems on the
server). Sorry for the issues.

Does anyone know the zip download link off the top of their head?
