[Owncloud] Name of app repositories

Because otherwise you have to manually rename it after cloning. But that’s
not my main point.

I don’t see the problem here. The app repos should be simply named
»calendar«, »contacts«, »mail«, »notes«, »news« and so on. We can still
introduce some extra prefixes if we find that causes any problems, which I
presume it does not.
