[Owncloud] OC5 solved "storage backend \OC\Files\Storage\Local not found" on ubuntu 10.4

Hey,

i think this problem should get more attention.
I googled around nearly 2 hours until i found the solution.

Maybe someone could figure out the issue, and why this gets fixed by
https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/2006#issuecomment-14897235

But there should definitely be some note in the documentation telling
ubuntu 10.4 users that their php5 packages are too old(or whatever this
issue is)
